Applicants can either nominate themselves or be nominated by an industry friend or colleague. Please ensure you are aware of the nomination criteria before submitting your application.
All applicants MUST complete the personal details section (PART 1) of the form below, then either provide a URL for a video submission (no more than 2 minutes long) or include the full written submission (no more than 500 words) in PART 2. In PART 2 of your submission, please include the following:

What have been your/your nominee’s key achievements within the meetings and events industry?

An example of how you/your nominee have faced a challenge at work, and how you/they have overcome it

What impact do you think you/your nominee could have on the future of the meetings and events industry?
Finally, in PART 3, you'll be asked to confirm some personal details, and which elements of the prizes you'd like to opt in for, should your nomination be successful.
