HOSTED BUYER FAM TRIPS

Organised by our exhibiting destination partners, in 2026 all pre-show tours arrived at Excel on Tuesday in time for the Hosted Buyer Masterclasses, and all post-show tours departed directly from Excel London on Thursday (unless stated otherwise). For an idea of what you can expect, take a look at the 2026 itineraries below.

All hosted buyers can express interest in one of the tours as part of their registration form and must say why they are interested in that particular trip. It is important to note that all decisions are made by the hosts and if your application to attend your chosen fam trip is unsuccessful then you cannot apply for another trip.

Monday 29 June

Private visit to the Prado Museum & guided tour of Madrid Gardens
Casa de America visit and activity
Lunch at Raimunda
Short guided tour of Los Austrias district
Teatro Calderon - Madrid in the Musical
Dinner ar Rooftop Lirico

Tuesday 30 June

Yoga Mindfulness class
Visit and activity at the Royal Tapestry Factory
Workshop at Complejo El Olivar

Wednesday 1 July

Hotel visit at Marriott Princesa Plaza
Visit to Barcelo Torre de Madrid
Check-out and departure back to London

Thursday 25 June

3.30pm – Meet on The QHotels Collection stand
4.00pm – Pick up transport outside Excel and head to Norton Park Hotel, Spa and Manor House, Winchester
6.00pm – Arrival at the hotels and check in
7.30pm - Experience a relaxing evening hosted by the hotel team, with a delicious meal created by their Head Chef, which will be paired with English wines from Hattingley Vineyard.

Friday 26 June

Breakfast, followed by the hotel and spa team hosting a wellbeing morning - the perfect way to end a very productive, but busy week
Lunch before heading back to London for 3PM
