Admission Policy

Admission
All attendees must hold a valid badge and be registered for the show either in advance, or onsite at the show.
If you choose to register onsite, please note it may take up to one hour for your registration to be processed.
Entry will not be permitted without a badge. Your badge will need to be scanned every time you enter the venue, even if it has already been scanned before.
The Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission, exclude or remove anyone from The Meetings Show.

Age restrictions
This is a trade-only event; persons under the age of 18 will not be admitted into the show, this includes babies in arms and pushchairs. We are unable to offer an onsite crèche.

Animals
Animals, except registered assistance dogs, are not permitted within the venue.

Badges
Visitors agreeing to have their badge scanned by exhibitors or in conference sessions agree to receive communications from these exhibitors and sponsors.
Badge holders must not allow their badges to be worn by anyone else.  Any failure is likely to lead to the badge holder and the person wearing the badge being removed from the show.
Anyone obtaining a badge by theft, deception or other illegal means will likely be asked to leave the show.

Entry fees
The Meetings Show is a free-to-attend trade event for meetings, incentives, and event organisers.
We also offer a complimentary hosted buyer programme for UK/European decision-makers responsible for organising meetings and events, providing them with a dedicated appointment diary, travel and accommodation, exclusive networking events, and more. If you’re interested in the hosted buyer programme, please familiarise yourself with our terms and conditions first.

If you do not directly organise events, you will need to either buy a pass* to attend the show, exhibit at the show as a supplier to the industry, or register as press if you meet the criteria.

Your pass includes access to all conference content on 19-20 June and various networking opportunities with our qualified buyer audience, exhibitors, and other attendees.

*We are unable to offer a refund on any passes purchased - you can find our full terms and conditions for this here.

Etiquette
By attending the show in person/logging on to the event platform, visitors agree not to participate in any canvassing, leafleting, digital promotion, demonstrations, objectionable behaviour or any activity which may disrupt the business activities at the event, onsite, via chat rooms or through message requests. Failure to adhere to this could result in being asked to leave the show and/or access to the event platform being suspended.
Many exhibitors give out samples of products for potential buyers to try. These are intended for genuine buyers or users. Anyone found to be taking excessive samples from stands without engaging with the exhibitor or without the exhibitor’s express permission, may be asked to leave the event.
The Organisers reserve the right to exclude or remove anyone from the event and venue who does not comply with our admission policy or who they reasonably consider are likely to break these rules or who are prohibited from attending under any applicable laws or regulations.
Visitors and exhibitors should be dressed in suitable business wear.

Photography
Official show photographers and film crew will be taking photographs and video. The Organisers shall be entitled to use such show material, which may include photographs and video of visitors and exhibitors, for the promotion of future events.
No professional or commercial photography or filming of the show (including seminar sessions) is permitted without prior written agreement from the Event Organiser.

Press
Press badges at the event are restricted to publishers, editors, journalists, photographers, broadcasters and bloggers associated with the meetings and events industry. Members of the press will be required to complete an application form and produce accreditation in order to verify their position. Industry press will be issued with a press badge once vetted.
The Organisers reserve the right to determine who is issued with a press badge. Press applications from advertising personnel and media sales representatives will not be accepted.
