ABOUT US

Step into a world of possibility at The Meetings Show, the UK's leading exhibition for the events, meetings, and incentives community.

Proudly brought to you by Northstar Meetings Group, a name synonymous with excellence in the MICE industry, we've been bringing together thousands of event professionals since our launch in 2013. It's an event all about connections - providing a platform for global event suppliers to meet face-to-face with up to 1500 pre-qualified meeting and event planners and showcase their products and services. Our exhibitors come from all corners of the globe, with over 70 international destinations represented, and a diverse exhibitor base, including hotels, destinations, destination management companies, conference centres, venues, and technology suppliers. Our 2022 line-up included hundreds of exhibitors, such as Destination Toronto, Melbourne Convention Bureau, and Hilton, to name just a few.

But that's just the beginning. At The Meetings Show, we believe in inspiring our attendees. That's why we offer a comprehensive education programme designed for all levels of the industry. Our sessions cover everything from the latest innovations and trends to event marketing and research, meetings design, event technology, sustainability, diversity and inclusion, and more. Our 2022 show was a resounding success, with 49 sessions, over 85 speakers, and 22 hours of content.

The Meetings Show is the only exhibition in the UK with a fully-fledged hosted buyer programme. The programme guarantees pre-arranged appointments and return on investment, as it is centred around the needs and preferences of the buyers themselves. It provides selected senior events and meetings organisers with the opportunity to attend the show as VIPs, with complimentary travel and accommodation, access to an exclusive diary to book 1-2-1 appointments with our exhibitors, and attendance at our exclusive pre-show conference and welcome reception.

We also offer a host of networking events, including on-stand events, drinks receptions, and post-show events. The show is the perfect place to reconnect with the meetings, events, and incentives community while enjoying everything that London has to offer. It's an event that's not to be missed. Join us at The Meetings Show!
