HOST A SELECT GROUP OF BUYERS ON PRE AND POST-SHOW FAM TRIPS
If you're a destination or hotel partner participating in The Meetings Show, fam trips offer an excellent opportunity to highlight your destination and venues to meetings and events professionals. It allows for meaningful interactions with our audience, which consists of pre-qualified UK and international hosted buyers.
Previous fam trip destinations have included Aberdeen, Bath, Belfast, Bristol, Brighton, Coventry, Dublin, Malta, Paris and Wales.
The tour host will put together a pre or post-event tour itinerary to be hosted on The Meetings Show website. This would also be built into the application process for all hosted buyers (although you can specify whether you would prefer UK or overseas buyers). When registering to attend The Meetings Show, buyers will express their interest in any fam trips. The tour host would then receive the details of any interested buyers, along with any relevant supporting information and would select the final group from among the applicants.
