HOSTED BUYER FAM TRIPS

Organised by our exhibiting destination partners, all pre-show tours arrive to Excel on Tuesday 23 June 2026 in time for the Hosted Buyer Masterclasses (hosted at CentrEd at Excel), and all post-show tours depart directly from Excel London on Thursday 25 June 2026 - please ensure you are free on these days before applying.

All hosted buyers can express interest in one of the tours as part of their registration form and must say why they are interested in that particular trip. It is important to note that all decisions are made by the hosts and if your application to attend your chosen fam trip is unsuccessful then you cannot apply for another trip.

Thursday 25 June

3.30pm – Meet on The QHotels Collection stand
4.00pm – Pick up transport outside Excel and head to Norton Park Hotel, Spa and Manor House, Winchester
6.00pm – Arrival at the hotels and check in
7.30pm - Experience a relaxing evening hosted by the hotel team, with a delicious meal created by their Head Chef, which will be paired with English wines from Hattingley Vineyard.

Friday 26 June

Breakfast, followed by the hotel and spa team hosting a wellbeing morning - the perfect way to end a very productive, but busy week
Lunch before heading back to London for 3PM
