Take a look at some of our session highlights...

The Power Of Purpose: Creating Meaningful Content For The Next Generation Of Corporate Events

10:40, Stage Two
Speaker: Taylor Smith

In an ever-evolving landscape where younger audiences prioritise authenticity and connection, corporate events must do more than inform—they must inspire. This keynote/workshop explores how intentional, meaningful content transforms events into unforgettable experiences. Whether you're a marketing manager, event director, or procurement professional, this session will equip you to navigate the new era of experiential storytelling.

Celebrating and Learning from Tomorrow’s Talent: Gen Z Insights for Industry Leaders

12:40, Stage One

Tomorrow’s Talent is an initiative designed to champion 10 up-and-coming UK event professionals. Come along to meet our winners, celebrate their success and join in the lively discussions where some of them will share their thoughts about the future of the industry, how it could be shaped and their role in leading that charge. This will be a great opportunity to network with some of the up-and-coming talent in the sector so mark this in your diary today!

The Human Library... Borrow An Expert, Gain New Insights

15:20, Stage One and Stage Two
Speakers:
Too many to name!

Just like a library, but instead of books, you "borrow" industry experts! With a variety of thought leaders, innovators, and specialists across both stages, you'll be able to grab your chosen expert for a 15-minute 1:1 conversation to gain fresh insights, ask burning questions, or get tailored advice. No overdue fees—just great conversations.

Psst! We expect these sessions to be very popular, so they'll run again on Thursday at 13:20 on Stage Two and within the Blank Canvas.

Thursday 26 June: The Reckoning - What's Next for Our Industry?

The Reckoning is more than a panel discussion. It’s a call to action. Over three dynamic stages, industry leaders, professional bodies, and senior executives will tackle the biggest challenges facing our sector today. From climate responsibility to talent retention and proving our industry’s worth, we’ll confront the uncomfortable truths and facilitate a discussion for a stronger future. Each stage at The Meetings Show will explore one major barrier to industry growth, led by our AMI editors and guided by a sharp, central provocation.
