NEW FOR 2025: EVENT WELLBEING WEEK

We've joined forces with EventWell, the UK's leading social enterprise and campaigner for mental wellbeing and neuroinclusion in events, to relaunch Event Wellbeing Week during the show. This year’s Event Wellbeing Week theme is: The Power of Pause: Self-Love as a Radical Act and there are a host of sessions and activities woven throughout the show that align beautifully with this message. From calming movement and mental resets to powerful conversations around inclusion, burnout and belonging — this is your unofficial wellbeing trail through the halls of Excel London.

  • Workplace Yoga: More Than Just Stretches! How To Optimise The Brain Through Body, Breath & Awareness

NEW FOR 2025: THE EVENTWELL SENSORYGARDEN

Outside of the SensoryCalm Quiet Room: Stand F14

The SensoryGarden is a lush, biophilic retreat in the heart of Excel, offering attendees a serene haven filled with greenery, natural textures, and gentle sounds—no agenda, no expectations, just a calming space to breathe, reset, and recharge, open to all throughout the show.

The EventWell stand will also offer the following wellbeing sessions:

Wednesday 25 June, 11:40: Why Your Brain Needs a Break: The Neuroscience of Pause
Lightly guided talk with interactive moments.
Focus: A quick dive into the overstimulation cycle at events, what happens in the neurodivergent brain under sensory stress, the science behind why taking intentional pauses improves focus, empathy, and decision-making, quick grounding techniques and a three-minute guided grounding pause.

Thursday 26 June, 11:40: Neuroinclusion in Action: What Makes an Event Truly Accessible?
Interactive discussion & real-world examples.
Focus: Performative inclusion vs real, lived neuroinclusion, key insights from EventWell’s research, actionable insights for organisers, and the power of sensory tools and props.

RETURNING FOR 2025: THE EVENTWELL SENSORYCALM QUIET ROOM, BUDDIES & INFORMATION POINT

The SensoryCalm Quiet Room: Stand F14

#TakeTheTime to relax and refresh your mind, and take a break from the hustle and bustle of the show floor in this safe and quiet space, tucked away on the show floor.

It's the perfect place to calm and regulate your sensory and nervous systems, decompress, and find respite, with noise-cancelling headsets, fidgets, weighted blankets, meditation headsets, colouring tools, puzzles, books and magazines at your disposal.

An EventWell Host will be on hand to make everyone feel welcome and offer support if needed. EventWell hosts are mental health and neurodiversity trained.

EventWell Buddies: N3 hall entrance

The EventWell® Buddies will be on hand to help you navigate the venue and event, providing information on the layout, facilities, and key areas - like keynote stages, the quiet room, accessible toilets and more, should you require it. 

You'll find them located at the entrance to The Meetings Show and you can let them know in advance of the show that you would like buddy assistance by contacting EventWell via support@eventwell.org or by calling 0800 470 0958.
