We've once again partnered with ExpoPlatform to bring you the show app - your all-in-one tool for managing your entire experience before, during, and after the show.
From requesting meetings and browsing the exhibitor/attendee lists to building your personal schedule and exploring the education programme, everything you need is right here.
Please note: there will be no printed show guides at this year's show. The app is your go-to for everything onsite.
WHY DOWNLOAD THE APP?
With the app, you can:
Arrange 1-2-1 meetings (in-person) using our exclusive online diary system (hosted buyers and exhibitors only)
Network with your industry friends and peers - send connection requests and message other attendees before, during, and after the show* (hosted buyers, visitor buyers, exhibitors, and group coordinators only)
Create your own bespoke itinerary around meetings, sessions, and networking
Explore the full education programme and add sessions directly to your diary
View the interactive map
Receive real-time notifications, reminders, and updates before, during, and after the show
*Trade visitors will only have access to the exhibitor and speaker lists. Press registrations can view all attendee types, but cannot send messages.
HOW TO DOWNLOAD THE APP
Please download the app on your smartphone or tablet before arriving at the event.
Please note that the Google Play app is not yet available and will be available shortly.
HOW TO ACCESS THE APP
Your login details for the event app are the same as the ones you use for the event platform. Once your registration is confirmed, you'll receive an activation email from The Meetings Show <noreply@ntmllc.com> — use it to activate your account on the event platform.

Log in using the same username and password as the event platform
If you've forgotten your login details, reset your password here using the email address you registered with.
Please note: the app is intended for personal profiles only. If you're an exhibitor and need to view or manage your company profile, please use the desktop version of the event platform.
