The Meetings Show is the hub of the UK inbound and outbound meetings sector, and we are pleased to invite you to join us. This year's show will take place on Wednesday 24 - Thursday 25 June, in halls N2-N3 of Excel London. Before registering, please familiarise yourself with our admission policy. There are several ways for you to participate:
- In-house planners, event agencies, association meetings organisers, PCO/AMCs, meetings and events organisers and those closely affiliated with the show, like speakers and exhibitors, have complimentary access to the event.
- Everyone else will need to purchase a Trade Visitor pass to attend.
Badges will be emailed out to all attendees one week before the show, and all pass types include access to our co-located events: Business Travel Show Europe and TravelTech Show, so take a look at your options and find the pass that's right for you...

Please note: Free visitor buyer registration closes before the show on 23 June, and all onsite registrations will be charged at the onsite rate of £999 +VAT per person.
Designed for: Professionals worldwide who organise meetings, incentives, or events, whether full- or part-time, typically within corporate organisations, agencies, or associations.

HOSTED BUYER
Ticket price: Free
Please note: Hosted Buyer applications are now closed. If you didn't secure a hosted buyer place, you're still welcome to join us as a visitor buyer — making your own travel arrangements. As a visitor buyer you'll have access to the full education programme, organic networking with exhibitors and peers, and the freedom to tailor your day around your own priorities.
Designed for: Decision-makers in the UK or Europe who organise meetings, incentives, or events for corporate organisations, agencies, or associations. Applications are reviewed based on event size and frequency, purchasing authority, and event locations.
This year, for the first time, a limited number of places were also available for US attendees.

TRADE VISITOR
For those who aren’t directly involved in organising meetings or events, and are not exhibiting, tickets are available to experience the show firsthand.

Please note: Trade visitors will not have access to buyer information, but can access the education, exhibition floor, event app, plus our co-located shows Business Travel Show Europe and TravelTech Show.

Designed for: Members of the press, who work in the meetings and events industry. All press registrations are vetted.

MEMBERSHIP MEETINGS
Ticket price: Free
We're providing meeting facilities onsite for some industry associations/partners. As a member looking to attend one of these, your membership will provide you with a short registration form to get complimentary access into The Meetings Show. All attendees to The Meetings Show need a badge in order to enter.
All invited members will be provided with a unique code with which to register, you will need this to hand. If you do not have one, please speak with your member organisation.
STUDENT
Ticket price: Free
Designed for: Students looking to get into the events industry.
Includes access to:
- 550 exhibitors
- The onsite education programme
- Onsite networking events and competitions
There isn’t a set programme for students, so you’re free to explore the show floor and come and go as you please throughout the day.
Please note: This registration type is vetted by our team and the Organiser reserves the right to make the final decision on who qualifies as a student. Student registration will close before the show takes place, so we recommend applying at your earliest convenience.
SPEAKER
Ticket price: Free
All speakers will be sent a registration link by late May 2026.
Please note: There is no separate Speaker registration form. Instead, you’ll be contacted by the conference author and asked to register as either a Hosted Buyer, Visitor Buyer, Visitor Supplier, Press, or Exhibitor, depending on your attendance type. You will then receive a dual badge onsite, indicating your registration type, as well as your role as a Speaker at the show.
