These events are co-located at Excel London and take place on 25-26 June, with the following two-day pricing options available:

£850 + VAT pp - between 1 April and 24 June

£999 + VAT pp - during the show registration fee (25-26 June)
A pass gives you access to 650+ exhibitors, the onsite education programme, onsite networking events and competitions, and the event app. Please note: Buying a visitor pass does not give you access to the buyer attendee list or the ability to book meetings. If you would like access to these, you will need to exhibit.
A ticket is valid for one or both days and no refunds are available for unused tickets - you can find our full terms and conditions for this here. Your receipt will be emailed to you immediately after registering. For all non-buyer registration queries, contact
register@themeetingsshow.com.
If you are exhibiting at The Meetings Show 2025, you do not need to purchase a non-buyer pass - simply log in to your exhibitor zone to register yourself and your team members.
