M&IT Awards prize terms and conditions

The following terms apply:

1. Eligibility

1.1. Entrants must be over the age of 18.

1.2. Entrants will require access to the internet to enter the prize draw.

1.3. The offer is only available to meeting and event planners (visitor buyers) within the events, meetings and incentives industry.

1.4. Northstar employees are not eligible to win the prize.
 

2. How to enter

2.1 Register as a visitor buyer for The Meetings Show, taking place on 24-25 June at Excel.

2.2. Register using the link provided in any email or social media posts relating to the prize draw.

2.3. The competition begins on Tuesday 9 June and continues until Thursday 18 June, 11:59 PM.

2.4. Northstar Meetings Group reserves the right to change, temporarily suspend or extend the competition times at any point with no liability to any participant or any third party. 

2.5. Entries received after the end of the prize draw period will not be valid.

2.6. No third-party or automated entries are permitted.

2.7. Entry into the competition is free of charge.

2.8. There can be only five competition winners and the prize is two tickets to the M&IT Awards 2026. The winners can invite one person of their choice to join them at the event. 

2.9. Northstar Meetings Group will only accept one entry per person.
 

3. Winner selection and contact

3.1. The winners of the offer will be chosen at random by the Northstar Meetings Group marketing team in July 2026.

3.2. At the end of the prize draw period, the Northstar Meetings Group marketing team will announce the winners by emailing them via the email address they used to register for The Meetings Show, whereby the marketing team will ask the entrants for their name, email and address. Once the details have been provided in the manner stipulated herein, the marketing team will provide further details regarding the prize. They will also be required to provide the details of their chosen guest.

3.3. We will use reasonable efforts to contact the winners of the offer. If the winners do not respond within 24 hours of notification, they forfeit the right to claim the prize and another winner will be selected under the same conditions as the original winners.

3.4. The winners must provide their name, email address and address (“details”) in order to claim the prize - this should all be included when registering.

3.5. The marketing team reserves the right to publish the winners' name (and their chosen guest) across Northstar Meetings Group's social media accounts, including Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook.

3.6. Any personal data collected relating to a participant will be used solely for reasons of legitimate interest and will not be passed on to any third parties.


4. Prize

4.1. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable, and the winners cannot request an alternative prize.

4.2. The decision to provide this offer is at the absolute discretion of Northstar Meetings Group.

4.3. The winners will be chosen in July, after The Meetings Show has taken place.

4.4. The prize is two complimentary tickets to the M&IT Awards 2026, awarded to five winners. The event takes place at Grosvenor House London on Friday 18 September. For more information about what is included, take a look at the M&IT Awards website.
 

5. General

5.1. Northstar Meetings Group reserves the right to change, temporarily suspend or extend the competition at any time with no liability to any participant or any third party.

5.2. Entry into the competition signifies the participant’s acceptance of these terms and conditions.

5.3. In accepting the terms of this competition, participants will be entered into the draw to win one set of two complimentary tickets to the M&IT Awards 2026.
