Please note: The organiser reserves the right to make the final decision on who it determines as a buyer or a non-buyer.

All applications will be reviewed according to: the size and frequency of your events, your level of purchasing/decision making authority, and the geographic locations of your events.

If you're a supplier and are hoping to bring two or more colleagues to the show, then booking a stand could prove to be a more economical alternative to purchasing passes.
We want to help event industry newcomers build their networks, learn from industry heavyweights and forge their own career paths. So, in partnership with Event First Steps, we've created a dedicated programme at this year's show, taking place on the afternoon of Thursday 29 June at ExCeL London, for students and individuals looking to get into our wonderful industry.

If you are an exhibitor that is yet to register, please be sure to do so before the event - simply log in to your e-zone. Please note: It is the responsibility of the main stand holder to register each person that will be working on the stand during the show. It's really important you do this - if you do not register as an exhibitor, you will not receive your exhibitor badge, which you need to gain access to the show.
If you are a speaker at this year's show, our Conference Producer will send you your registration form to complete.
