Gabby Austen-Browne is a multi award winning diversity and inclusion expert and founder of Diversity Alliance which helps events, hospitality, and companies that deliver events as a part of their marketing mix to achieve diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, and accessibility (DEIBA) through education, training, consulting, workshops, and events. Specialising in guiding clients to implement DEIBA strategies across all business operations and live events.

She is also co-founder for impactful initiatives, including the REACH scholarship fund and the Diverse Speaker Bureau.  Gabby provides the platform for professionals to share their stories and insights around DEIBA in the workplace and at events via her YouTube channel and podcast - “Diversity Alliance Talks”, and regularly writes about DEIBA for a variety of industry publications, is an industry judge and is a lecturer on Diversity & Inclusion in events.
