Situated in the heart of Clifton and commissioned in 1747 by the Bristol merchant and ship owner, Pail Fisher. In 1909, the University bought the house and it became the first Hall of Residence for female students. The extremely attractive 18th century gardens still retain much of their original charm and character with some rare tulip trees still blooming. With five stunning rooms plus a print gallery and foyer, Clifton Hill House offers guests flexibility, space and elegance.
