Spotlight on: Royal Armouries
)
When it comes to corporate event and conference venues in the UK, the Royal Armouries and New Dock Hall are in a league of their own. As one of the largest purpose-built venues in Leeds, there's plenty of room to host up to 2,500 delegates. And with easy access to the airport and major transport links, getting here couldn't be easier.
Whether you're planning a large corporate gathering, a high-profile conference, or a spectacular exhibition, we've got the space and know-how to make it happen. Every year, we open our doors to over 380 national and international events, developing a reputation as one of the most reputable conference and corporate event venues in the country.
The Royal Armouries is proud to support The Meetings Show 2025 as it represents an ideal platform to connect with industry professionals, showcase its unique venue offering, and reaffirm its position within the UK's thriving events sector and we are looking forward to engaging with a diverse audience of planners, agencies, and corporate decision-makers at this year’s show.
Our team is especially keen to meet new partners and reconnect with existing clients in a vibrant, collaborative environment. We’ll be sharing an exciting array of updates from the Royal Armouries, showcasing its ongoing commitment to innovation, sustainability, and community impact.
A major highlight is the Royal Armouries’ renewed focus on legacy initiatives, which aim to create long-lasting positive impact from events held at the venue. This includes an expanded schools programme that bridges business events with educational outreach—helping to inspire and educate future generations. The venue also supports local skills development, collaborates with social enterprises and local suppliers, and partners with organisers to align events with meaningful community engagement goals.
Additionally, the team will be unveiling the introduction of a Neurodiversity Toolkit—developed to support more inclusive event planning and ensure all delegates feel welcome, comfortable, and empowered to participate. This toolkit provides practical guidance and resources to help organisers design environments that are accessible and considerate of diverse needs.
Together, these initiatives reflect the Royal Armouries’ vision for delivering impactful, innovative, and inclusive experiences in the heart of Leeds.
