EventMobi successfully pivoted to virtual events

The direction was clear: For the foreseeable future, pivoting to virtual would likely be the only option for planners to still make their events happen. Luckily EventMobi's signature event app, designed for use at on-site events, was already compatible with desktop computers as well as mobile devices. This meant that by adding livestreaming functionality, the EventMobi platform could quickly be adapted to service virtual events.

In only six weeks, the Virtual Event Space was launched, and met with overwhelming demand by event planners around the globe. Over the past six months, EventMobi has supported over 20,000 hours of online events. In the meantime, the team worked hard to build out the Virtual Event Space with a range of features to better support the specific needs of online events – including livestream chat, 1:1 video meetings and virtual exhibitor booths.
