Business & Balance - Ignite: The Red Dragon Retreat Experience on Tuesday 23rd June 2026 hosted by ICC Wales and the Celtic Collection, followed by a reception with canapés and drinks.  

We are partnering with Be In Your Element to provide an energising and immersive experience designed specifically for busy events professionals attending The Meetings Show.  

Inspired by the power and symbolism of the Welsh red dragon, IGNITE channels fire energy, confidence, courage, creativity and momentum, supporting delegates to step into The Meetings Show feeling grounded, focused and fully switched on. Starting with a breath activation and fire-inspired movement and concluding with drum-led sound immersion and creating your own essential oil, IGNITE will help you clear mental clutter, build energy, and prepare for two busy days of networking.
