Rise, shine, apply – deadline extended for Tomorrow’s Talent 2026

The Meetings Show has extended the deadline for Tomorrow’s Talent 2026, giving the UK’s brightest emerging event professionals a final chance to step into the spotlight.

Applications now close on 6 February 2026, offering rising stars a platform to showcase their talent, connect with industry leaders, and accelerate their careers.

Now in its eighth year and delivered in partnership with M&IT, Tomorrow’s Talent celebrates and champions the future leaders of the UK’s meetings, incentives, and events sector. The programme provides up-and-coming professionals with invaluable exposure, meaningful connections, and opportunities to make their mark on the industry.

Each of the 10 winners will enjoy a year of exclusive opportunities, including VIP access to The Meetings Show 2026, invitations to leading events such as the M&IT Awards, and mentorship and networking with senior leaders. Winners will also be featured across The Meetings Show and M&IT channels, boosting their profile and influence within the sector.

Tomorrow’s Talent is open to UK-based event planners and buyers who are aged 30 or under or have up to three years’ experience in the industry. A panel of six respected industry leaders will select the 10 most promising applicants.
