Big Names, Bold Newcomers: The Meetings Show Reveals 2025 Exhibitor Line-Up

The Meetings Show 2025, the UK’s leading platform for the meetings and events industry, is back with a bold new exhibitor line-up that celebrates the best in global destinations, venues, DMCs, hotel groups, tech innovators and more. Taking place at Excel London on 25–26 June, the event will once again unite the world’s MICE community under one roof for two dynamic days of networking, knowledge sharing and game-changing business.

This year’s show sees the return of industry giants including Hilton, Melia Hotels & Resorts, Great Hotels of the World, Lime Venue Portfolio, The NEC Group and Butlin’s, all set to share their latest updates with an audience of pre-qualified hosted buyers.

Also among those making a welcome return are Greater Miami CVB, Meet in Ireland, Meet Riga, Istanbul CVB, and the Abu Dhabi Convention & Exhibition Bureau, alongside a strong UK presence led by Visit Wales, VisitScotland, Visit Brighton, Meet Bristol and Bath, and Meet Manchester Convention Bureau.

New for 2025, The Meetings Show is thrilled to welcome a raft of exciting first-time exhibitors and fresh stories from emerging and established players alike. Southern Sun, Southern Africa’s leading hospitality group, brings its rich heritage and world-class service to the floor, while Century City Conference Centre in Cape Town will spotlight its state-of-the-art event facilities set against one of the world’s most iconic backdrops. Among those making their debut at this year’s show are Budapest CVB and Meet Cambridge, who will be presenting their unique property portfolio, including the iconic University and historical college buildings, while Olympia looks to bring London’s most ambitious transformation to the show floor.

From the Nordics, Innovation Norway returns with a bold message: “Think you know Norway? Think again.” The country’s MICE offering continues to surprise and evolve, offering fresh takes and shining a spotlight on undiscovered gems.

The Meetings Show is also excited to welcome back The Hoxton, who are showcasing their reimagined meeting space, The Apartment - an edgy, creative space that breaks away from the traditional. Meanwhile, The QHotels Collection will return to showcase its broad portfolio of UK-based properties, blending contemporary comfort with classic British charm.

In the tech space, CrowdComms steps into the spotlight with its innovative suite of event technology, designed to elevate attendee engagement and streamline delivery from start to finish.

Also returning with an expanded presence is STAR Your World, joined once again by a consortium of trusted global suppliers, acting as a vital bridge between UK planners and exceptional international partners.

Hosted buyer appointments are now open, with decision-makers already confirmed from major corporates and agencies including AXA, BCD Meetings & Events, Shell International, Santander, George P Johnson, Smyle, HSBC, and Identity.

Jack Marczewski, portfolio event director, Northstar Meetings Group, said:
"Each year, The Meetings Show reflects the evolving face of our industry—and 2025 is no different. We’re proud to be welcoming an exceptional mix of new and returning exhibitors, offering buyers unrivalled access to world-class MICE products, inspiring destinations, and the latest in event innovation. It’s shaping up to be another unmissable show."
