The ICC Wales is the UK’s newest and most exciting, state of the art Convention Centre, ideal for meetings and events from 50 to 5,000.
Located in Newport South Wales, the venue is easily accessible and just a stone’s throw from the M4 (J24). Both Cardiff and Bristol Airports can be accessed in under an hour.
If you are travelling by train, Newport rail station is a short 10-minute journey away and has regular and direct trains to London Paddington, taking just 1 hour and 35 minutes. (Discounted delegate rail fares are available on qualifying GWR routes).
The ICC Wales offers a range of versatile event space, including bright and airy meeting rooms surrounded by glass and greenery and is connected to stunning outdoor spaces, giving delegates the opportunity to discover the surrounding woodland.
Venue Highlights:
- A 4,000 sqm pillar-free, carpeted exhibition hall that is flexible and divisible into 6 rooms, with direct loading and dedicated parking for production and exhibition vehicles. The maximum capacity of the Main Hall is 4,100 theatre style or 3080 for a banquet.
- A 1,500-seater auditorium, with built in stage and dedicated load in access
- 15 versatile meeting rooms
- An abundance of breakout and networking spaces flooded in natural daylight
- A gorgeously spacious outdoor plaza suitable for outside exhibitions
- A venue focused on sustainability, including smart LED lighting throughout the building, no single use plastic in the venue, water stations available, natural ventilation and window dampers and recycling stations throughout the venue to name a few.
