Fresh off a spectacular $55 million redesign, Loews Miami Beach Hotel announces a limited edition Race Week culinary experience in partnership with Golden Goat Caviar®, supplier of the world’s finest caviar.
Can’t make it to the races for Golden Goat’s viral, caviar-topped hot dog? Consider this your invitation to get a taste of the decadence. From April 30 - May 3 at the hotel’s Bistro Collins, an exclusive Miami Race Week Steakhouse Menu delivers the thrill, indulgence and excess of the weekend - no ticket required.
Taking pole position - the Fast Lane Golden Goat Caviar Sliders, alongside four elevated dishes from Executive Chef Christopher Aguirre, each showcasing the most coveted culinary trend of the moment - caviar on everything. Designed to be playful, luxurious and just a little over-the-top, the Race Week Steakhouse Menu at Bistro Collins offers a front-row seat to the flavor of the weekend.
“One of the biggest culinary trends of 2026 is putting caviar on everything. Now, with the opportunity to partner with Golden Goat Caviar, I’m eager to showcase what we can do with caviar around one of Miami’s most exciting events of the year,” said Executive Chef Aguirre. “Golden Goat Caviar elevates each dish of our Race Week menu, starting with our Fast Lane Golden Goat Caviar Sliders – playfully decadent and beautifully aligned with weekend.”
The undeniable standout - Fast Lane Caviar Sliders - two Black Opal wagyu sliders crowned with Golden Goat Caviar, quail egg, house-made aioli and local micro lettuces ($26) (8g caviar), available exclusively on the F1 Steakhouse Menu at Bistro Collins.

Traditional Caviar Service with crème fraîche, egg white, egg yolk, shallots, chives and duck fat madeleines - 3 distinct options: Kaluga ($210), Royal White Sturgeon ($250), Imperial Ossetra ($385) (30g caviar)
Florida Pink Shrimp Roll with milk bread, caviar and truffle ($26) (4g caviar)
Tuna Crudo with black truffle and caviar ($35)
