Powered by the Fast Forward 15 programme, graduate mentees step into the spotlight to share their journey so far, the surprises, the challenges and the moments that have shifted their confidence and career direction.

Experienced mentors will join them on stage, offering honest insight into what they have gained from mentoring and why it continues to matter at every career stage. New cohort members bring their questions and ambitions, mentors add practical insight from their side of the partnership and attendees at every career stage are invited to join the discussion and explore how mentoring can support their own development.

This session will close with a post session 20 minute lively speed networking and speed mentoring round. Whether you are feeling a little stuck, navigating a challenge or standing at a career crossroads, this is a supportive, opportunity focused space to connect, reflect and move forward.
