Why EXPERIENCEit should be in your diary this October

If you're looking for practical ideas, honest conversations and meaningful connections that will genuinely help you deliver better events, we'd love to welcome you to EXPERIENCEit this October.

Taking place in London from October 19-20, EXPERIENCEit does things differently. With a focus on knowledge exchange, not just delivery, we bring together inspiring content, interactive learning and quality networking that encourages conversation, participation and practical insights.

Forget hours spent sitting through presentations, Day One will begin with a Behaviour Profiling Workshop led by The Event Academy, the UK's leading event management training organisation. Tailored specifically to the MICE sector, attendees will discover how to best harness their personality traits to build stronger relationships with clients and stakeholders and negotiate and collaborate more effectively. Putting those insights into practice straight away, the afternoon will continue with a fun, task-driven team building activity around King's Cross before everyone comes together on the evening for a networking dinner at The Rotunda.

Sparking fresh thinking, on Day Two, Everyman at The Whiteley cinema will provide the perfect backdrop for four immersive keynote sessions before attendees move into smaller workshops with speakers where they can challenge ideas, ask questions, share experiences and explore how the insights apply to their own organisations. Industry leaders sharing their knowledge in the short, TED-style talks include Welcome Brain’s award-winning neurodiversity consultant, Andy Williamson, and MICE expert and author of Business Events, Rob Davidson.

Alongside this, attendees can connect with up to 23 carefully selected suppliers, enjoy curated networking opportunities and take advantage of the wellness sessions built into the day. With food and refreshments also included throughout, there's plenty of opportunity to continue conversations and build valuable new relationships in a relaxed setting.

One of the things we're most proud of with EXPERIENCEit is that it never feels overwhelming. Our smaller audience is intentional – we want attendees to feel comfortable having honest conversations, sharing their challenges and getting practical support for their needs. Our flexible programme also means you can make the event work for you – whether that’s networking with suppliers, comparing notes with peers, learning from experts, or simply enjoying a moment to yourself.

So, join us in London on October 19-20 and experience a different way to learn, connect and grow.

Tickets go on sale at the beginning of August, starting from £150 +VAT. You can register your interest to attend here.
