A hosted buyer is someone who organises meetings, events, conferences or incentives. By joining the programme, buyers are given access to a premium attendance option with a whole host of benefits, ensuring they make the most out of their time at The Meetings Show.
Once approved onto the programme, hosted buyers are given access to a personalised online diary with a list of over 700 domestic and global suppliers to choose from, travel and accommodation organised on their behalf, entry to the hosted buyer lounge onsite (lunch and refreshments provided) as well as invitations to all official networking events during the show.
In order for The Meetings Show to host you as a buyer, you need to be a planner of meetings and events based in the UK or Europe. This includes meetings and events researchers, planners, decision makers and those in charge of budgets.
