The Meetings Show is the best platform in the UK for the meetings and events industry to come together over two jam-packed days.

Launched in 2013, the show welcomes more than 600 exhibitors from the UK and around the world including hotels, luxury hotels, destinations, destination management companies, conference centres, venues and technology suppliers.

We are the only UK event offering a fully-hosted buyer programme and as such we bring hundreds of top-level buyers into London for two focussed days of business. In 2018 we saw over 10,800 pre-scheduled meetings taking place on the show floor.

Since its inception, the show has gone from strength to strength and now brings together over 4,500 meeting and event professionals ranging from agency buyers, in-house planners, associations planners, media and anyone with a genuine interest in the industry.

Our international Advisory Board meets twice yearly to shape the show’s direction and content and we also receive support and partnership from many major industry associations.

  • The Meetings Show was an exceptional networking event and I am thrilled that the BDC could be a part of it. The team were fantastic and on hand to answer ALL of my question and I felt thorough looked after and valued. We have signed for 2019 already as the quality of the visitors was outstanding and from our core markets. I am very excited to reconnect with our new contacts.

  • The Meetings Show offers a great opportunity to meet international suppliers from the meeting, event and travel industry. The surrounding events offer a platform to network and the size of the show allows a perfect overview of exhibitors, allowing for intensive meetings.

  • I’ve worked in events for years but recently moved agency side. The hosted buyer programme has been a really good introduction to destinations, hotels and venues from an agency point of view and to have meetings set up for me is invaluable. I’ve learned a lot about all the options available.

  • The Meetings Show is a brilliant opportunity to mix with key players within the industry and arrange organised sit down meetings that may not have happened if it wasn't so well structured. All in all, an excellent show and will definitely be attending next year.
