Education programme

In March 2020, a global pandemic was declared and unprecedented lockdowns, travel bans, and social distancing measures came into effect. The previously thriving events industry was left facing huge revenue losses, staff layoffs, and, in some cases, bankruptcy. But the crisis also brought out the best in the industry with businesses setting short term goals and implementing innovative strategies to help them weather the crisis and emerge from it even stronger. With most of the population now vaccinated and the economy growing, we look back at what we’ve learned in the last year and how we can return profits to near pre-Covid levels by reimagining events in the ‘new normal’ from the vantage point of agencies, corporates, associations, incentive planners and suppliers alike.  

This education programme is organised into five learning theatres:
