WHAT IS A HOSTED BUYER?
A hosted buyer is a fully qualified buyer of meetings, conferences or incentives. To qualify on to the hosted buyer programme, each applicant must pass our qualification criteria by providing information on their organisation and evidence of events they have organised. This information is reviewed by our hosted buyer team and if all requirements are met, the applicant is accepted onto The Meetings Show hosted buyer programme.
The hosted buyer will receive complimentary travel and accommodation* in return for committing to a set number of appointments with exhibitors of their choosing.
