If you are a planner of meetings, conferences or/ and incentives based in the UK or Europe then you may qualify for our hosted buyer programme.
Each application will be carefully reviewed by our independent qualification team to ensure we maintain the quality and standard of the programme. When considering applications, our team will consider the following criteria:
- Number of meetings, conferences, or incentives organised per year globally
- Annual budgets for incentives, conferences, events or meetings
- Level of purchasing or decision making authority
- The location of the events organised
- Applicants from the same organisation will be approved if they can demonstrate they look after different areas or accounts and will be looking at meeting different suppliers.
What is required of me?
Using your personal online diary, you are only required to pre-schedule 8 appointments per day with complete control of the exhibitors you select, and with over 700 suppliers to choose from. As a hosted buyer you will receive the following benefits.
