Tara DeFabrizio moved from Canada to the UK in 2005 to pursue undergraduate and graduate degrees in archaeology from University College London.
She started her professional career in a number of small London museums before moving into professional membership bodies.
Tara currently project manages seminars and conferences ranging from 30 to 1200 delegates at the Chartered Institute of Housing.
Hayley Bennett-Wilson is Account Director at KDM Events, an agency which delivers corporate away-days and conferences to a broad range of clients.
Hayley first joined KDM in February 2005 as an Account Manager, with a strong background in hotels.
After leaving us to pursue further venue based career opportunities she re-joined the team in 2014.
Jane Findlay is Manager of Global Accounts at HelmsBriscoe.
She has previously had roles as an Events Manager, Communications Manager and Operations Manager.

Anthony Wilkinson is the COO/Director of Operations at RQA.
He has more than 30 years of experience supporting and managing world-class organisations across a diverse range of industries; from automotive to FMCG, from construction components to consultancy, and from professional associations to testing and inspection.
When Anthony left school he studied and qualified as a design draughtsman, but then went on to do Business Studies, and has worked in Toronto, Dubai and Hong Kong. He now lives and works in Ipswich.
